| Test Equipment and Facilities |
Well equipped spacious workshop with lifting tools like winches, mobile crane, and Jib crane. Amachineshop with heavy duty lathes to take upto 1.5 mtrs dia and 2 tons jobs, Universal drilling, Horizontal Boring Machines, Welding Generators, sheet bending machines, Crankshaft Grinders, Compressor etc.
Lakshmi Enterprises Heat treatment facilities include Gas Carburizing, Quenching and Tempering. All Furnaces are equipped with automatic Temperature controllers and cycle recorders. Lakshmi Enterprises believes that "Quality can never be an Accident." It has to be the culmination of a series of carefully controlled operations. All incoming materials &components go through rigorous and stringent chemical as well as physical tests in a well-equipped state-of-art metallurgical laboratory. A continuous check is maintained by qualified and trained engineers throughout the production process to ensure a reliable end-product. A computerized gear testing machine from Klingelnberg guarantees that the accuracy and tolerances are maintained to specifications. |
